A visionary, mystical portal into new beginnings and shedding old patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that no longer serve us. This cosmic energy invites us to embrace change, explore new paths, and manifest our true potential.

Shamanic Healing Circles are a Yoga Spirit Medicine practice.
This 2hr workshop includes: flow practice, breath work, meditation, kriya, toning, mantra, ritual, shamanic journey and a group energy healing, anchored into the sacred space of our lodge by the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition Shamanic Altar, as originated by don Oscar Miro Quesada.
