Social Media Maven + Marketing Support
Average 16 hours a month
Hourly rate $22.00/hour

The person in this position must be familiar with or interested in the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition. They will implement an existing marketing strategy and be responsible for overseeing several social media accounts.
Clear and creative written and visual communication skills are required.
Applicant must be an independent worker and enthusiastic team player who enjoys taking initiative.
Job duties include:
- Increasing awareness of our global presence
- Growing our followers
- Being familiar with all THOTH offerings
- Attracting new students to our programs
- Content creation
- Engaging with posts including replying to comments, liking tagged photos, etc.
- Generating greater social media participation
- Creating and updating social media posting schedules
- Coordinating/creating with other team members to implement marketing road map
- Tracking the success of marketing efforts using various online analytical tools
Required technology:
- YouTube
- Canva or similar
- Hootsuite or similar
- Google Drive (Including Docs and Sheets)
