Koli is a sacred mountain that is the oldest bedrock of the whole European continent. Its white quartzite stone base has been venerated by local shamans and sages for centuries. By this old mountain, there is a sacred lake, Pielinen. We make a pilgrimage around the lake, offering water ceremony in each direction. You will visit ancient sacred nature sites and cultural historical specialities.
