For thousands of years, the curandero’s Mesa (the sacred altar of the Paqokuna and Huachumero traditions of Peru) has served as a living teacher, map, and guide for navigating the inner, outer, and transcendent dimensions of life. In this immersive retreat, you will learn the essential elements of the Mesa, the meaning and function of its system of medicine items, and how to work with this ceremonial system to cultivate greater clarity, healing, alignment, and connection with the living intelligence of nature. By slowing down to the pace of nature and entering into a ritual space that has been refined for generations, we will co-create the conditions for deep transformation. This not only allows our unconscious patterns to surface in a safe environment, it provides the resources to usher them into awakening, allowing true integration and a move toward cohesive wholeness and balance.
