Join Bruce Barnes, founder of Inner Journey Awakenings, for a 90-minute PMT Shamanic Sound Journey from the shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. Together we will begin by opening our mesas and entering a space of surrender, receptivity, and grace.
Drawing upon the living wisdom of The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition™ as taught by Don Oscar Miro Quesada, Bruce will invoke the directions, the elements, their tutelary animal spirits, and the healing energies they carry. Through prayer, presence, voice, sacred instruments, and intuitive sound, participants will be guided into a deeply restorative experience designed to nourish the heart, calm the nervous system, and reconnect us with the healing currents that continuously support our lives.
As practitioners, we are generously attuned to work in Ayni and in service. Yet how rarely do we simply allow ourselves to receive. Rather than focusing on doing, fixing, or serving, this gathering is an invitation to rest in the sacred act of receiving.
