Shamanic Healing Circles are a Yoga Spirit Medicine practice. They include: flow practice, breath work, meditation, kriya, toning, mantra, ritual, shamanic journey and a group energy healing, anchored into the sacred space of our lodge by the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition Shamanic Altar.
