A Personal Message from don Oscar Miro-Quesada

Growing Corn and Potatoes

Oscar-personalMy cherished shamanic bodhisattva kin,

Call it what you may: the Elixir, the Red Lion, the Philosophers Stone, the Great Work, etc. The alchemical rendering of Pachakuti Mesa Tradition shamanism has taken root in the world. I stand in awe and deep thanksgiving of the extraordinary welcoming received by Lessons In Courage: Peruvian Shamanic Wisdom for Everyday Life, my first book co-authored with our beloved sister Bonnie Glass-Coffin, Ph.D. This openly candid sharing of a handful of pivotal life events that catapulted my medicine path into existence has humbled me to the core, for it represents a long dreamt of completion of personal purpose. I remain forever grateful to the sacred dance of becoming and emergence so generously sustained through your heartfelt re-Membering as a Pachakuti Mesa Tradition family upon Pachamama. Without such sustenance the earthly beauty, spiritual grace and transformational healing power of our shared lineage would have remained but a dream, yet because of the lesson in courage that is each of your lives, it is now an exquisite offering of corn and potatoes.

On the other hand, those of you visiting our THOTH website for the first time, who are just now heeding a deeper call to explore the transformational magic and healing power of shamanism as a sacred life way, I wholeheartedly welcome you to your shamanic bodhisattva Home! Your presence in the unfolding of a spiritually evolved humanity is being celebrated throughout all worlds. Each of you play a vital role in fulfilling the timeless dreaming held in heart and soul of our Shining Ones. You are the light that makes possible our living of ancestral wisdom on Earth. May the blessing of our love and service continue to seed the emergence of a compassionate, peaceful shamanic planetary culture throughout the Four Directions.

In loving wholeness,

don Oscar
